Why should I use in-home pet sitting?
The goal of pet-sitting is to allow pets to stay in their own home while providing the owner with home security. Your pet eats, sleeps and plays where it has become accustomed to doing it, in it's home. You get the satisfaction of knowing your pet and your home are in the care of professionals who give you and your pet individual attention.
Do you meet my pets prior to the scheduled service dates?
Yes. We come to your home for a consultation within the week prior to the start of your service dates.
How far ahead should I make my reservations?
Three weeks ahead is the most ideal time to make your reservations. We will, however, take reservations as late as 24 hours prior to the first visit providing we can have a consultation and service time is still available.
What types of pets do you care for?
Pamper My Pets cares for most domestic pets such as dogs, cats, fish, birds and some small caged pets. Sorry, no reptiles.
What areas do you service?
Our territory includes most of Greensboro.
Do you maintain my pets' records and my housekey for future services?
Yes. We securely keep your records and housekey on file. This allows us to provide service at any time. We are bonded and insured for your protection as well as ours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks. On the first job we do for you the balance is due at the consultation. Starting with the second job, we will leave you a statement for payment by mail.
Is it appropriate to tip my sitters?
Yes. Tipping of your sitters is welcomed; especially during the holiday season when they are taking time away from their families to spend with yours.
